At Felicia Clotworthy Collective, LLC (FC|C), we offer products, services, for programs though Felicia Clotworthy Collective (FC|C) and Felicia Clotworthy Academy (FC|A). In addition to a curated selection of items and apparel. Please review the following policies carefully, as they differ based on the item type.

Standard Return Policy (For Eligible Non-Final Sale Items):

We offer a 15-day return policy on eligible non-final sale items. This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that items from our SALE, STUDIO 51, SKIN, HOME, VINTAGE and FC|C ORIGINAL LABEL and Custom Collections are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Products, services, course registrations, subscription services 

  • Eligibility: We kindly request that returned items are in the exact state they were delivered to you: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and within their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we will require your order confirmation or receipt.

  • Requesting a Standard Return: Please begin the return process by emailing us at support@shopblackpaperandcloth.com.

  • Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for packaging and sending your item back to us.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Please note that we cannot accept any returns sent without prior approval from our customer service team.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at feliciaclotworthycollective@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

  • Additional Details for Refunds/Returns:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

    • All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

    • Merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn. Do not tape or attach labels directly to shoe boxes.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.

    • We do not accept returns/exchanges on special order items, undergarments, custom-made, or final sale merchandise.

    • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item (e.g., wear, dry cleaning, or washing).

    • During the period between November 1st and December 31st (holiday gift-giving season), we will accept returns until January 15th.

    • Items that do not conform to these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Felicia Clotworthy Collective, LLC Final Sale Policy (For VINTAGE, STUDIO 51, SKIN, HOME, SALE and FC|C ORIGINAL LABEL Items):

Our FC|C VINTAGE, STUDIO 51, SKIN, HOME, SALE and FC|C ORIGINAL LABEL and custom collections which feature unique, one-of-a-kind items. Due to the nature of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit on any items within these collections.

  • Why Are All Sales Final?

    • Uniqueness: Items within these collections are either unique, pre-loved or hand-crafted.

    • Pre-Loved Condition: Vintage items may exhibit signs of wear, which are part of their charm and authenticity. 

    • Sales/Clearance: Sale items are offered at a discounted price.

    • Careful Curation: We meticulously inspect and measure each item to provide detailed information to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Before You Purchase:

    • Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs.

    • Please follow the measurement guides provided on the website.

  • Damages and Issues (Final Sale Items):

    • While we take great care in packaging and shipping your treasures, we understand that damages can occasionally occur.
