How to Measure Your Jeans (Flat Lay Method)

Place your washed and dried 100% cotton jeans completely flat on a hard surface:

• Waist: Measure straight across the top waistband from edge to edge.

• Rise: Measure vertically from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.

• Inseam: Measure along the inner leg seam from the crotch seam to the bottom leg opening.

• Hips: Measure straight across the widest point (typically right below the base of the zipper).

• Thigh: Measure straight across one leg, approximately 2–3 inches below the crotch seam.

• Leg Opening: Measure straight across the very bottom hem.

How to Measure Your Body (Human Form Method)
