• Monthly "Deep Dive" Content: Each month, you'll receive a new piece of high-value content—a focused video workshop, a comprehensive workbook, or a curated resource list—to guide your learning and action.

• Accountability Pods: We'll help you form small, peer-led groups to keep you motivated and on track with your goals, ensuring you have a built-in support system.

Terms for the Monthly Mentoring Subscription

The following terms apply specifically to the purchase and use of the "Monthly Mentoring Subscription" product (the "Subscription"). By purchasing the Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Automatic Renewal and Billing Cycle

1.1. Recurring Charge: The Subscription is a recurring monthly service. By purchasing the Subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method the applicable subscription fee, plus any taxes, on a recurring basis until you cancel the service. 1.2. Billing Cycle: The standard billing cycle is thirty (30) days (the "Monthly Cycle"). Your initial charge occurs on the date of purchase. Subsequent charges will occur automatically every thirty (30) days thereafter, on the corresponding day of the month or the next business day if the date falls on a weekend or holiday. 1.3. Payment Method: You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information and payment method are accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the mentoring services if we are unable to successfully process your payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. How to Cancel: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your customer account portal online or by contacting us directly at feliciaclotworthycollective@gmail.com. 2.2. Effective Date of Cancellation: Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current, paid-for Monthly Cycle. You will retain access to the mentoring services until that time. 2.3. No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription period, or for any months in which you did not use the service. You must cancel before your next automatic renewal date to avoid being charged for the next Monthly Cycle.

3. Subscription Fees and Price Changes

3.1. Current Fees: The current fee for the Subscription is listed on the product page at the time of purchase. 3.2. Notification of Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Subscription fee at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of your next Monthly Cycle following notice to you. You will be provided with at least 14 days' notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your Subscription before the new price is charged.

4. Disclaimers for Mentoring Services

4.1. No Guaranteed Results: You understand and agree that our mentoring services are provided for guidance, educational, and advisory purposes only. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the results, outcomes, or financial, career, or personal success you may achieve from participating in the Subscription. 4.2. Client Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, both during and after the duration of the Subscription.
